Living here right now

Constitutional Law

Judicial Activism is scary. It hasn't done shit. Don't throw those historic racial cases at me. Rosa Parks stood up--eventually everyone else would. The President guarded the schools. And the schools still suck anyway. We are still largely segregated. The Constitution is perfect. Judges are unelected. Leave it alone. Let the states have that. Let the voters have that.

Let me have this.

Thank you.

UPDATE: What I meant by "Rosa Parks stood up" is that she stood up for herself. Damn, picture the irony!

Life

Legends and Tragedies

Some of you may or may not like professional wrestling. I enjoy the talented ones, the artists of the ring that are truly talented and entertaining.

Most of wrestling is bullshit, unfortunately.

Bret Hart is one of the true legends, and he had a truly brilliant career. His family history for wrestling is amazing.

I just recently looked up the history of Stu Hart, Brett's father, and it is, likewise amazing.

Bret's brother Owen died by falling from the top of an arena. Here are pictures.

An amazing matches and an amazing story, the Hart family.
